About
An operator,
not an agent
Luxome began with a single serviced apartment in Oniru, Victoria Island. Running it properly meant learning the rest of the chain — how to find a property worth having, how to rebuild it without the budget running away, how to furnish it so it survives, and how to keep it working once guests arrive.
Those became the services we offer. They are not departments bolted together; they are the same job, viewed from different ends.
How we work
We own what we let
Our flagship apartment is ours. The standard you are shown is the standard we have to maintain, every day, at our own cost.
The brief comes first
We would rather show you three properties that fit than thirty that do not. That means asking harder questions at the start.
Written down, not remembered
Inventories, asset registers, condition records, house rules. Property goes wrong in the gaps between what people assumed.
Plain answers
If something is not ready, not possible, or not worth the money, we say so. It costs less than finding out later.
“We work tirelessly today to ensure a seamless future for our customers.”

Where we work
Lagos is home — the Island and the Mainland. Our short-let stock sits in Victoria Island, and our agency and project work runs across the city.
Abuja is next, and Port Harcourt after that. We would rather open a city properly than claim one on a map.
